HeartMatch (“we”, “us”, or “our”) organizes conscious dating and social events in Tallinn, Estonia. Our services include:

Event Participation

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to attend our events. We reserve the right to verify your age and refuse entry to anyone who does not meet our age requirements.

Registration and Tickets

  • Event tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees who violate our code of conduct
  • Ticket prices and availability are subject to change without notice

Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before the event
  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion
  • No refunds will be given for no-shows or removal due to code of conduct violations

Code of Conduct

All attendees at HeartMatch events must:

  • Be Respectful: Treat all participants with respect and dignity
  • Obtain Consent: Always ask for and respect others’ boundaries
  • No Harassment: Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated
  • No Discrimination: We welcome everyone regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or background
  • Stay Sober: Excessive intoxication may result in removal from the event
  • Follow Instructions: Comply with requests from event organizers and staff

Violation of this code of conduct may result in immediate removal from the event without refund and potential ban from future events.

Photography and Media

By attending our events, you acknowledge that:

  • Photography and video recording may occur at events
  • Images may be used for promotional purposes on our website and social media
  • If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff at the event

Limitation of Liability

HeartMatch provides events and services on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for:

  • Any outcomes, connections, or relationships that may or may not result from our events
  • Actions or behavior of other attendees
  • Personal injury or property damage at events, except where caused by our gross negligence
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of HeartMatch and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of our website
  • Collect information about other users without consent

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
